Summer fun is still happening at our Summer Day Camp Programs. Every week includes a new field trip, water days, outdoor and indoor games, arts and crafts, and more! Sign up your youngster now!

Carmichael Recreation and Park District has been making significant improvements at the La Sierra Community Center through Measure G Bond Funding. While we hoped to bring back our Red, White & Blue Celebration this summer, construction on the new soccer field, irrigation and drainage systems, walking paths, and accessibility improvements are still underway. As a result, the event will not be held this year.

If your child loves basketball or you are looking for a fun way to get them moving around during summer break, this is the camp for you! Our experienced coaches will emphasize basketball fundamentals by providing detailed instruction on shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense. Most of all, coaches make the sport fun for everyone! Players will do drills, play fun games, and scrimmage throughout…

Check out our July soccer clinics with i9 Sports! These clinics focus on skill development and are designed to teach and reinforce the fundamental skills and game knowledge of soccer. Check out our three age group clinics (ages 3-5, ages 6-8, and ages 9-12).
