O'Donnell Heritage Park - Measure G Projects

The Measure G projects are coming soon to O'Donnell Heritage Park!  The following are included in this upcoming series II:

  • Addition of an accessible concrete walkway around the park.
  • Site furnishings and accessible park accessories.

Estimated Completion Date: August 2026

Timeline: 

  • Current Progress (June 2026):  Construction on the walkways continues with more walkways being prepared and concrete being poured. Landscape work will begin around 6/15.
  • May 2026: Construction underway with preparation of walkways for concrete.
  • April 2026: CRPD is working with Lister Construction on contract and insurance submissions. Construction is scheduled to start in May 2026 and run through August 2026.
  • March 2026: Intent to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Lister Construction, was approved by the Advisory Board on 3/19/25 (Action 4).
  • February (2026): RFP for Landscape Contracting released.
  • January (2026): O'Donnell Heritage Park Conceptual Design presented by MTW Group at the CRPD Advisory Board Meeting on 1/15/26 and approved.
