Tai Chi for Seniors

A group of people are engaged in a fitness or movement class indoors, performing exercises with their arms extended.

 

Tai Chi and exercises for seniors class includes basic Yang style Tai Chi and Qigong energy movements for better balance; traditional stretching and leg strengthening exercises; Silver Sneaker style strengthening exercises for both balance and physical strength. Be prepared to bring a lightweight ball to class (such as soccer, volleyball, 2 or 4 lb. medicine ball, etc.), wear loose-fitting clothes, and comfortable shoes.
