Tai Chi and exercises for seniors class includes: basic Yang style Tai Chi and Qigong energy movements for better balance; traditional stretching and leg strengthening exercises; Silver Sneaker style strengthening exercises for both balance and physical strength. Be prepared to bring a light weight ball to class (such as soccer, volley, 2 or 4 lb. medicine ball, etc.), wear loose fitting clothes and comfortable shoes.
