Senior Tai Chi & Chi Gong

May contain: person, human, flooring, wood, furniture, chair, apparel, shoe, footwear, clothing, hardwood, and floor

Senior one hour exercise class that includes stretching, limbering and breathing exercises as well as a Tai Chi form based on “Yang Tai Chi style” movements. This class may help reduce risks of falling, improve balance, and enhance overall health and mental well-being.
