La Sierra Community Center Roof Coating Improvement Project-Phase II

Update

(March 21, 2024)

At their March 21, 2024 Regular Meeting, the Advisory Board of Directors voted to award the bid and enter into Contract #24-0002 with Madsen Roofing & Waterproofing, Inc. in the amount of $322,684, with an 10% Contingency allowance for a total project cost of $354,952.

There is not an official start date for the Project; however, we intend to start it as soon as possible.

Notice - Request for Bid Proposals

Carmichael Recreation and Park District is seeking bid proposals from interested parties for the La Sierra Community Center Roof Coating Improvement Project - Phase II. This project is funded through the voter approved Election 2022 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2023 A-1 and A-2.

The contract consists of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to complete the cleaning, repairs, preparation and installation of CRFC (Carlisle Roof Foam and Coatings) SeamlesSEAL™ ULTRA Silicone 15-YEAR Silicone roof coating and Carlisle Sure-Flex FleeceBack system, OR EQUAL, on the specified wing roofs as detailed in the Construction Documents and Specifications.
