General Obligation Bond Survey Results Presentation_February 2022
Carmichael Recreation and Park District has contracted with Isom Advisors, a Division of Urban Futures, Inc. to perform Financial Planning and Advisory Services for the District. Recently, a public opinion survey was conducted to assess support for placing a general obligation bond measure on an upcoming ballot.
The survey results were presented at the Advisory Board of Directors Regular Meeting held on February 17, 2022.
Carmichael Recreation and Park District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Carmichael Recreation and Park District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
