Strength, Stamina and Stability

This workout blends intervals exercises designed to build muscle strength and cardiovascular stamina and improve balance. This class is appropriate for beginner and intermediate participants. The instructor provides weights, bands, and balls. Recommended equipment includes shoes with good support, water, mat, and towel.

Days and Times:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6am - 7am
  • Thursdays, 5:15pm - 6:15pm

Dates: Weekly

 * No classes on 11/22-11/23, 12/25-12/28, 1/1-1/4

Fees:

  • Punch card for 5 classes = $30 (R) / $33 (NR)
  • Punch card for 10 classes = $50 (R) / $55 (NR)
  • Drop-In = $10 (R) / $11 (NR)

       * Punch cards expire 90 days from purchase
