Mixed Level Yoga

May contain: human, person, flooring, floor, working out, sport, exercise, sports, fitness, wood, and hardwood

Based on the Hatha style, this workout blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format appropriate for beginner and intermediate yogis. Recommended equipment includes loose clothing, water, mat, and towel.
