Distance Learning Camp

The Carmichael Recreation and Park District is pleased to announce that Distance Learning Camp will continue while students are in "hybrid format".

May contain: electronics, pc, computer, laptop, person, and human

As students return to in-person learning we recognize that there will still be a need for all camps as many students will remain in distance learning or be in a "Hybrid Format" where they are only in school for limited hours and days.  Our Distance Learning camp will still provide your child the opportunity to attend their remote classes, work on homework, and enjoy a variety of camp activities during the day.  While our staff is here to support and assist your child with distance learning, Carmichael Recreation and Park District staff are not liable or held responsible in any way for your child’s test scores, homework completion, comprehension of material, or grades.  We are happy to help and assist your child throughout the day with their work, but ultimately it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to make sure their child's schoolwork is being completed.

Need transportation from school to Distance Learning Camp?

  • We have the ability to provide limited transportation from local schools to our distance learning camp.  If your child is participating in "in-person" learning and you need transportation from school to our program please email Telly regarding our transportation schedule.
