Equipment requests must be made at least one week prior to your event and are subject to availability.


Community Clubhouse

The Community Clubhouse is a long rectangular room which can be divided into two halves or left open as one large room.  Large stage curtains cover the windows to ensure privacy, or may be kept open for a view through the beautiful plate glass windows to the outside stone patio.  Ideal for wedding receptions, club meetings, fundraisers and parties.  Ample parking available.

Veteran's Memorial Building

Available for small wedding receptions, parties, meetings, seminars, etc.  The Linda LeRoi Memorial fenced playground can be accessed from inside the building making it an ideal location for events with small children.  The parquet floor in the main hall is all ready for dancers and the North Room makes a perfect child care area, hat check room or small meeting location.  A dedicated parking lot and small grassy areas surrounding the building leave lots of room for flexibility.

Daniel Bishop Memorial Pavilion for the Performing Arts

Perfect for graduations, award ceremonies, memorials, plays, dance recitals, etc, the pavilion in Carmichael Park directs sound to the listeners in the open area while protecting the neighbors from the noise.  Featuring a concrete stage and dance floor, and surrounded by shade trees.  Amplified music concerts limited to District sponsored events only.

Raymond & Hazel Nay Memorial Picnic Shelter

A large covered picnic area surrounded by shade trees, the picnic shelter in Carmichael Park includes counter tops, electrical outlets, one large barbecue grill and seating for up to 300 people.  Located near the performing arts pavilion and two large playgrounds, the picnic shelter is perfect for that family picnic, or as part of a larger "day in the park" for your office or community group.

Softball Fields at Carmichael Park

The softball fields at Carmichael Park get a lot of use as they host the many different softball leagues in the Carmichael community.  But you don't have to be part of a formal organization to enjoy a game!  Bring your friends out and enjoy a fun Saturday playing softball at the park; or organize your own company softball competition; maybe challenge your rival department to a game for bragging rights.  Whatever your event, if its softball, we have the fields. Lighted fields available for night play if available.
