How to register your team for our adult sports leagues:

Designate one person (the manager of the team), to complete and turn in the registration form and payment for your desired sport (forms located on the side-bar of this page)

Turn in your registration form: In person to our La Sierra Community Center Recreation Office at 5325 Engle Rd, Suite 100 in Carmichael between 8:30am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. We also have a secure drop box outside our office for after-hours registration. Please do not put cash in the drop box.

By fax to our office (916) 483-7861

By Phone to our office at (916) 483-7826 and register with a credit card.

Once we receive your registration, the manager will be emailed a receipt by our recreation office

Managers will be emailed their league schedules prior to the start of season games.

Please show up a little early before your first game and the official will give you a team roster/waiver for all your teammates to sign.
